We fabricate steel stairs for commercial buildings, multifamily, industrial spaces and the occasional house that wants a real steel stair. Stringers, treads, landings and the rail, built in our shop and installed by our crew.

Stair width and landing size depend on occupant load. We build to the architect's numbers.
Questions we get
Can you build to the architect's drawings?
Yes. We'll take the architectural sheets, produce shop drawings with actual stringer sizes, connections and tread details, and send them back for approval.
Pan stairs or grating treads?
Pan stairs get filled with concrete and are the norm inside finished buildings. Grating treads drain and are standard for exterior stairs and industrial spaces. We build both.
Do you build exterior egress stairs?
Yes, including stairs off second-floor apartments and office buildings. Exterior stairs are usually galvanized or get a heavy-duty coating.
How long does a commercial stair take?
It depends on size and how fast drawings get approved. Tell us your schedule at bid time and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.
